The primary focus of her work has been in corporate strategy planning; organizational assessment; training needs assessment; capacity building (strategic planning, change management, customer service, change marketing, RATIS: programme management & Monitoring and Evaluation Workshops); Theory of Change (ToC); Logic Framework Analysis (LFA); strategic management consulting and technical implementation support.
